Cognitive Healing - CBT Therapy

My name is Jo Hazle, and I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT). I’m based in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, but I’m able to work with people throughout the UK online.

For me, the therapeutic value of CBT lies in creating a safe, supportive space where clients can begin their journey towards understanding, healing, and positive change.

As a CBT practitioner, my approach is collaborative and structured. I support you in exploring how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are connected. Rather than offering advice, my aim is to empower you with practical tools and insights to help you make the changes you’re seeking, whether within yourself or in your relationships with others.

The focus of my work is to help you examine patterns, beliefs, and challenges that may be holding you back, and to support you in building healthier, more constructive ways of thinking and responding to the world around you.
